Quote requests via the form or email are usually replied to within a few hours during business days. Phone calls are picked up live where possible, otherwise returned same day. After-hours messages get a reply first thing the next morning.
Yes. Standard hours are Mon–Fri 7am–5pm. After-hours, weekends, and public holidays available by arrangement — a surcharge applies, but it's quoted up front, not buried in the invoice.
The basics: your suburb, what you're trying to achieve, and a rough sense of timing. Photos of the existing setup (the board, the room, the ceiling) are gold for ballpark pricing — saves a site visit for simple jobs.
No — quotes are free. We give you a fixed price before any work starts. If a job is genuinely complex and needs a paid scoping visit, we'll flag that up front.
Available. Standard call-out fee applies, plus labour. Faster response in our core suburbs (Harrisdale, Piara Waters, Canning Vale, and the south-east cluster). For anything genuinely dangerous — sparks, burning smell, exposed live conductors — switch off at the main and call us straight away.
Of course. Electrical Contractor's Licence EC15006, ABN 74 615 099 723, public liability insured. Certificate of currency on request — just ask in the form or by email.
